Dr. Janet Vafaie grew up immersed in medicine in a small Ohio suburb, nurtured by the dedication and compassion demonstrated in her father's pediatric clinic. This early exposure to the values of sincerity, hard work, and respect for patients shaped her future in dermatology.
Dr. Vafaie is an alumnus of The George Washington University School of Medicine, where she completed an accelerated seven-year BA/MD program in 2003. Her medical journey continued with an internship, residency, and fellowship at prestigious institutions, including UC Irvine, NYMC, and UMDNJ. Since 2008, she has provided top-tier dermatological care to the Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Malibu areas.
